Evan Mitchell

Evan Mitchell is a drummer from Florida where he played in a number of touring bands (Oh No and the Tiger Pit!, Morningbell, The Green Hand) before relocating to Brooklyn, NY in 2007. In addition to continuing to play with band members that also moved to NYC, he collaborated, recorded, and toured with a great many talented artists (Industries of the Blind, Ghastly City Sleep, Runaway Dorothy, Gabe Galvin) over the years before finding the greater love for session work supporting emerging independent artists. He often works with Bear in a Barn and YouTooCanWoo, both Brooklyn based, artist-owned studios. He rarely enjoys writing his own bio.
